Honestly a 10 out of 10 experience. I've had issues with pointe shoe fittings in the past and both the employees that helped me were so incredibly patient and helpful. We were able to find a perfect fit! They were so insightful and pragmatic. I would highly recommend.

Bloch Salt Lake City is an absolute sight to behold, and their service is just a shining. My daughter's pointe shoe fitting was led by April, who would not give up in trying to the perfect shoe. She ensured that we found our unicorn, and while it was a long process, she never stopped smiling and offering optimism. To have a Bloch store with all of its shoes available is a godsend. We should all thank you for your quality of service and merchandise!
